Diamond Custom Homes provides a warranty for all homes built after January 1 2004. This warranty is regulated by the STATE of TEXAS. The standards and performances of this warranty are explained in the document below. This is the plain language version of the warranty it is very easy to understand. If you feel you have a warranty claim please read the document below first. It explains in very easy to understand language exactly what a warranty claim is and what is not. If after reading the documents you feel you do have a claim please call us immediately and we will remedy the situation for you provided it falls within the STATE of TEXAS guidelines.
